We know why you are here. You heard this was the secret portal to our bank account where there are endless supplies of money. First you have to figure out how to get there and it is not by finding the little black “r” in the corner of the page. While you are trying to figure we will provide you with the answers to a lot of our most asked questions.

General Questions about BoomSkins

  1. What type of materials are used?
    We use top of the line 3m vinyl and laminate. The clear laminate allows for that clear coat type look while adding the protection to your device and artwork. The 3m vinyl has a special air release technology that allows you to apply the skin while leaving no pesky bubbles and no residue on removal! That wouldn’t be a problem anyways since all of our buyers vow to never remove their skins unless purchasing another one. I’m just sayin…
  2. Do BoomSkins leave messy, sticky, residue on my device if removed?
    No, not at all. Our 3m vinyl has a special adhesive backing that leaves no messy residue if removed. We know this is just a rhetorical question because no one in their right mind would want to removed a BoomSkin, they are just too awesome!
  3. Where can I buy these amazing protective skins?
    We currently are offering them through our online store. We will keep everyone updated on where you can purchase as they become available. If you have an opportunity that you think is fitting then we can chat. If that opportunity shows some potential to blossom then we may possibly move forward.
  4. Can BoomSkins print my design?
    We do print one off design for people but they are only at certain times. Normally when we are getting to print another run of our beautiful artistic skins we will offer to print some custom designs for people. These usually run a little higher than our normal skins but, who cares right, your made of money!? You can contact us directly for further discussions on this.

BoomSkins Shipping

  1. How long will it take for me to get my BoomSkin(s)?
    Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
  2. What shipping method do you use?
    Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
  3. How much does it cost to ship my order?
    It depends on your country and the size of your order.  The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

BoomSkins Store

  1. Is it safe to purchase from BoomSkins?
    Our store uses PayPal for all payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
  2. What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments via your PayPal account as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  3. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
    No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Although if you already have a PayPal account feel free to use it.
  4. What is your return / exchange policy?
    Well, we know that this is irrelevant because you would never return a product that is so outta this world. But, if you must return for some crazy reason, we accept all returns of unopened and unused BoomSkins for either a refund or exchange. Exchanges may only be made for products of same value. When exchanging a skin, please include in the package a note detailing which skins you’d like to receive in return.Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
